The SoCal real estate market has historically been a hub attracting investments from all around the world. With great weather, a growing population, and a fast growing economy based on industry and tourism, the demand on SoCal real estate continues to rise. Zillow indicates that home prices in Orange County That demand has driven prices up approximately 8.5% annually historically over a 16 year period between 2002 and 2018 a period which included a strong recession click here. WHAT IS OUR STRATEGY ?
We acquire residential and commercial buildings in coastal Orange County. These acquisitions come through our network of agents and associates constantly getting a feel for the market and putting us in a position to act first when an opportunity arises.
The newly-acquired property is fully renovated, both interior and exterior. by our design and construction partners. The upgraded property is then ready to be rented for true market value. With the high demand for rentals in these areas, the newly-renovated units are rented within 30 days of completion.
The company is then able to decide whether or not the time is right to sell the building at a profit to a savvy investor who appreciates the long-term growth and attractive passive return on investment or hold on to the asset ourselves and generate the income for the company.
